It’s a small thing, but I noticed you can download any workout video in the program directly to your device so you can view it offline. My advice would be to pick one program to really dive in to, here, and give 100% effort. Print out the nutrition guide and study it carefully, and put the effort in to plan your mad muscles for woman meal portions exactly as suggested. Outside of that, I don’t track things too carefully outside of trying (and sometimes failing) to get some healthy carbs, veggies, and fruits into my diet. Most of the programs in here with include Tally Sheets, or small printable nutrition journals, so you can write down and keep track of all of your portions as you go along.
